7-8 Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1/2 c. olive oil 1/2 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. basil 1 tsp. thyme 1 garlic clove
Fork chicken and set aside. Mix all ingredients together and then place chicken in plastic bag to marinate in frig. 3-4 hours. Bake 350º for 45 minutes or until middle is no longer pink. For very moist chicken you can bake with all of the juice and cover with foil. You can also do the chicken on the grill in about 25 minutes. This is a Parker family favorite! Enjoy!
