1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 frozen 9 inch pie crust
3/4 cup of light cream
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon basil
1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place cheeses and bacon in crust. In mixing bowl blend cream, eggs, salt, pepper and basil. Pour over cheese and bacon. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in oven at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
