Ingredients:  
1 bag of herb pepperidge farms bread crumbs
1 bag of cornbread pepperidge farms bread crumbs
1 stick of butter
1 onion chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
3 tsp poultry seasoning
Meat off of giblets, heart and neck of turkey
2 cans chicken broth or broth from boiling turkey parts

Directions:
Directions:
Boil turkey parts in water and cool. Debone and cut up. Open bags of stuffing and put in baking dish sprayed with Pam. Melt butter in microwave and pour on crumbs. Add chopped onions and celery. Add chicken broth and poultry seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste. Add more seasoning or broth is needed. Bake for 50 min at 350
