1 chicken, boiled (about 2 1/2-3 pounds)
1 can Rotel tomatoes (diced
2 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups chopped onions
1 1/2 - 2 cups grated American cheese
1 package corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into small pieces. Blend tomatoes and soup thoroughly. Layer starting with tortillas, cut in fourths, chicken, onions and cheese. Pour soup mixture over each layer and add extra cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
