1 1/4 C sugar
1 C (1 stick) butter flavor Crisco shortening
2 eggs
1/4 C light corn syrup
1 TBS vanilla
3 C Flour
3/4 TSP baking powder
1/2 TSP baking soda
1/2 TSP salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and butter flavored crisco in large bowl. Beat at medium speed in electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, syrup, and vanilla. Beat until well blended and fluffy. Combine 3 C flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add gradually to cream mixture at low speed. Mix until well blended. Divide dough into 4 quarters. Wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness and make cutouts. Bake at 375 for 5-9 minutes.
