1 can sauerkraut, drained 1 pound Polish ring sausage 3 Tablespoons brown sugar 1/2 cup hot water.
Place kraut in baking dish. Cut deep slices in sausage and push down into kraut to cover half-way. Dissolve sugar in hot water. Pour over sausage and kraut. Bake at 350º until hot through, about 1 hour.
