1/2 stick butter, divided
1/4 C flour
1 C milk
8 oz Velveeta prepared cheese product, cut up
2 C (8oz elbow macaroni), cooked, drained
1/2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 C crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt 3 TBS of the butter in medium saucepan on low heat. Add flour; mix well. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, stirring until well blended. Cook on medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Add velveeta; cook until melted, stirring frequently. Add macaroni; mix lightly. Spoon into lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish; sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Melt remaining 1 TBS butter; toss with cracker crumbs; sprinkle over casserole. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
