2 cans Mexi-Corn (drained)
Optional addition: 1 can drained and rinsed black beans
1 cup sour cream (fat free not recommended)
1 cup mayo (Miracle Whip not recommended)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (can sub Colby-Jack or your favorite)
1 can extra hot Rotel (drained)
1 bunch green onions, cleaned and chopped (reg. onion can be substituted)
Dash of sugar

Mix all ingredients well and chill for 1 hour serve with tortilla chips.
