1 (10oz.O) pkg. frozen salad shrimp
1 c. diced stuffed olives
1 c. raw rice, cooked and cooled
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. small cauliflower buds
Salt and pepper to taste
Dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all salad ingredients in order given.
Mix dressing ingredients and toss over salad ingredients. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
