Chicken Cashew Salad
2 cups seashell pasta
cup brown sugar
1 cup creamy salad dressing (IE Miracle Whip)
2 t. lemon juice
1 T. distilled white vinegar
pinch of salt
1 c. chopped celery
cup each: chopped green bell pepper, red bell pepper
1 sm. Onion diced
1 bunch green onion cleaned and diced
3 boneless chicken breast halves (cooked and cut into bite size pieces) or 3 cans cooked chicken
1 can mandarin oranges
3 oz can pineapple tidbits
cup Green grapes (cut in half)
1 cup cashew halves

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta shells until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water. In large bowl, combine brown sugar, salad dressing, lemon juice, vinegar and salt. Stir together chicken, fruit and veggies -toss with dressing mixture and gently stir in cooked pasta. Chill until ready to serve (can be made the night before) stir in cashews right before serving.
