3 c. water
1 can chicken broth
8 oz. wild rice
6 pieces bacon
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 can mushroom soup
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 c. light cream
6 slices American cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, broth, and wild rice. Bring to boil and simmer for 45 min. Saute bacon, onion, and celery until done. Heat slowly, do not boil, mushroom and potato soups. Add cream and cheese. Stir in drained bacon mixture and rice. Salt and pepper to taste.
