4 large oranges
1 medium red onion
Salad greens

Dressing:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 TBS. sugar
1/2 teas.dry mustard
1/2 teas. paprika
1 1/2 teas. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teas. salt
1/8 teas. freshly ground pepper
1/2 teas. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Peel oranges through to fruit; horizontally slice evenly; allow 4 nice slices for each serving. Slice red onion thinly and if strong, soak in cold water for a few minutes. Arrange salad greens on serving plates; place orange slices topped with onion rings. Blend all ingredients for dressing well. Spoon on dressing just before serving.

This is a wonderful blend of flavors. I have also made it on a large platter for Christmas or Thanksgiving, and it was great. It is also pretty with the red onion and the oranges.
The dressing is yummy!~
