3 cups fruit
1 1/3 cups Carnation Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
for a tropical taste, follow directions using a mixture of mango, papaya and pineapple to make up 3 cups fruit.
