3 cups flour
1 cup salt
6 T oil
1 T cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 3 cups water and your choice of food coloring
Add colored water to flour mixture and cook over medium heat stirring continuously until it forms a ball and separates from the pan. Remove from heat and let cool on a cutting board or a piece of foil, etc. Do not overcook or it will be sticky. Store play-doh in a plastic bag.
