1 doz eggs
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/8 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
Paparika

Directions:
Directions:
Put eggs in large pan with lid on top of stove. Turn on and bring to a hard boil and then shut off and let sit for 30 minutes. Drain and cool.
Take an egg and tap it all over on the edge of sink until the shell is all broken. Under running cool water, peel the shell off. Slice in half and take yellow yolk out and put in small bowl. Arrange white halves on serving tray. In small bowl, smash the egg yolks with fork until crumbly. Then mix the ingredients together, stir well and fill the eggs. Sprinkle with paparika, chill and serve
