1 1/2 lb. peeled large shrimp
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 red bell pepper-cut into 1" squares
4 cups cooked couscous

Directions:
Directions:
Place shrimp and teriyaki sauce in a resealable gallon plastic bag. Seal bag; turn to coat shrimp. Refrigerate 10-15 minutes. Preheat grill. Drain shrimp. Alternating ingredients, thread shrimp, pineapple, and red pepper onto 4 skewers. Grill 5-6" from heat, turning frequently, until shrimp are cooked through, 10-12 minutes. Serve over couscous.
