4 large Idaho Potatoes
2 C Sliced Onion
1 - 2 T butter or margarine
1 - 2 T oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes. Boil until fork can penetrate. Cut in quarters, slice to smaller pieces. Fry in 2 C of sliced onions in butter and oil until tender and dark brown. Add salt and pepper.
