8 - 10 Fish fillets
about 2 C Coffee Rich (or milk)
4 beaten Eggs
3 C Corn Flake Crumbs
1 C Flour
Salt & Pepper
1 - 2 T Butter or Margarine
1 - 2 T Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Soak Star Lake Fish fillets in bowl with mixture of Coffee Rich and beaten eggs at least 45 minutes to an hour. Then roll fish in mixture of Corn Flake Crumbs, Flour (3 part crumbs and 1 part flour) and salt & pepper. Put oil and butter to fry at 375 in automatic Fry Pan until golden brown. No fish? Get cod or ocean perch.
