Ingredients:  
1 T oil, margarine or butter
1/2 C chopped Onion
1 C chopped Celery
Diced Chicken (leftovers or new)
1 T soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in sauce pan. Add chicken and simmer w/ Mic's Lebo Rice. Add oil as needed and add soy sauce.
