1/2 pound meat of choice cut into small pieces
1/2 pound new potatoes cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/8 tsp pepper
dash of thyme
2 T of water
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 pastry pie crust
1 egg slightly beaten
1 T water

Mix meat, potatoes, onion, salt, parsley, pepper and thyme. Add water 2 tablespoon water and worcestershire sauce until moistened.

Prepare pastry divide into 8 equal portions, on floured surface make each portion into 5in circles.

Divide meat mixture into 8 equal portions, place a portion into 1 pastry circle, fold sides over and pinch ends together to seal in meat mixture.
Place onto greased cookie sheet.

Combine egg and 1 tablespoon of water, then brush over each meat pastry.
Bake in over at 400 for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
