1 package brats,
2-3 can beer
2 tbsp butter
1 medium yellow onion, sliced
1 medium green pepper, sliced
minced garlic, if preferred

buns, toasted
cheese for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-grill the brats and set aside.
Using a 11 x 9 x 2 3/8 foil baking pan placed on the grill, put all ingredients in and pour in the beer ( don't forget the brats!) . Cook to a boil.

You could use minced garlic instead of , or perhaps in addition to the peppers and onions. Great with toasted buns and cheese! Enjoy
