1 pound wide noodles (cooked)
1/2 cup margarine
16 ounce sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoon lemon juice
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1 pound bag of wide noodles.

Mix together butter, sour cream, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and salt.

Blend the mixture together with the cooked wide noodles.

Put blended mixture into a greased 9x13 pyrex. Top with corn flakes and 4 teaspoons of cinnamon and 1/2 cup of sugar.

Bake for 1 hour at 350

Kugel is a staple dish for most family gatherings! The more cinnamon and sugar you add to the topping the better. It makes great leftovers too.
