100 calorie snacks:
1 hard-cooked egg with half a slice of toasted wheat bread;

1/2 c ice milk or sherbet;

1 large rectangular graham cracker with 1/2 tsp peanut butter;

1 slice angel food cake with 1/2 c strawberries;

1/2 c wheat-flake cereal with 1/2 c nonfat milk;

1 c chicken-noodle soup with 2 saltines;

1 small wheat pita with 1 T hummus;

1/2 c cranberry juice cocktail with 1/4 c nonfat
plain yogurt blended with ice;

1 slice whole-wheat bread with 1 oz sliced turkey breast and mustard;

1/2 c 1% lowfat cottage cheese with 1 c cherry tomatoes;

1 c baby carrots, celery and bell peppers with 2 T light dressing;

1/4 c 1% lowfat cottage cheese with 1 c canned peaches in water

Prepare several snack bags of each ready in fridge to grab as you go!
