One 2-1/2 lb. smoked chicken, skinned, boned and cubed
1 lb. Angel Hair Pasta
1 red bell pepper
4 Anaheim chilies, seeds removed
5 jalapeņos
1/4 cup garlic
1/2 cup sesame oil
1 bunch green onions
1/2 cup soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, finely grind bell pepper, chilies, jalapeņos and garlic. Heat sesame oil (VERY hot). Fry above ingredients until well done. Cool on tray.

Toss smoked chicken, pasta, fried ingredients, onions and soy sauce.
