1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
Pinch pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups mayo
1/2 cup grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup green onions minced

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts. Mince white and green parts of onions. Set aside some green for garnish. Combine all ingredients thoroughly and heat in microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes by 30 second intervals, stirring in between. Do not boil.
Serve with "Thin" Triscuits, Ritz crackers or NY Mini Garlic Bagel Crisps...whatever you like.
