3 cups sweet potatoes (can use canned)
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine

TOPPING

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
3/4 stick softened (not melted) butter
2 teaspoons four

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and melted butter or margarine with mixer until well blended.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.

Mix together topping ingredients with fork. (Mixture should be crumbly) and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
