1 c. mayo
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. black olives, chopped
1/4 c. ham, chopped (or diced from the salad bar!)
3 T onion, grated

Mini-toast portions

Directions:
Preheat oven to Broil

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large boil.

2. Spread mixture over toast points (or pita chips)

3. Broil for 10-12 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

This is a great, wicked easy appetizer for your next Superbowl party or pot-luck. It takes less than 5 minutes to whip up.

Feel free to substitute additional or alternate ingredients for veggies, cheeses, meats (i.e. sausage & spinach would be delish w/ some swiss cheese!)
