4 small chicken breasts 1 stick oleo (margarine) 3/4 cup uncooked rice 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 can cheddar cheese soup 2 cans water
Melt oleo and saute onion. Pour in oblong baking dish. Add rice. Mix soup and water together and add to rice mixture. Place chicken breasts on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake, uncovered, at 300º for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
