1 pound round steak
salt and pepper
1/4 cup flour
2 Tablespoons oil
16 ounce can tomato paste
3/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 onion, sliced
1/4 cup green pepper, cut in rings

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak in serving pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll in flour. Brown in oil in large skillet. Place steak in casserole dish. Heat tomato paste, water and seasonings together. Arrange onion and pepper rings over meat. Pour tomato mixture over all. Cover tightly and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
