1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
3/4 cup oats
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 egg
3/4 cup milk

1/3 cup catsup
1 Tablespoon horseradish
1 Tablespoon brown sugar

Combine meat, oats, salt, pepper, onion, egg and milk. Shape into 6 meat loaves in shallow baking pan. Mix together catsup, brown sugar and horseradish and spread over top of meatloaves. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until done.
