3 Tablespoons sugar
2 medium chopped onions
2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup green pepper
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound hot sausage
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 can whole tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce
1 (6 ounce) package spaghetti
3 or 4 Tablespoons butter

Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in onions, celery, green pepper. Saute over medium heat until onions are brown. Add meat, cook until well browned. Season with salt and black pepper. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and sugar. Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes or until celery is tender. Cook spaghetti until tender in salt water. Drain and rinse under hot water. Combine the meat mixture, place in greased 13 x 9 " dish. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
