6 large potatoes 1 large onion Ranch Salad Dressing Shredded American cheese
Peel and quarter potatoes and onion. Cover with water and boil until tender. Drain well. Put layer of potatoes and onion in casserole dish. Drizzle with Ranch Salad Dressing then put layer of shredded American cheese. Add as many layers as desired. Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes.
