Boil potatoes in water to cover in saucepan until tender. Drain. Beat in mixer bowl until smooth. Mix in cream cheese, onion salt and sour cream. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
