6-8 potatoes, peeled
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in water to cover in saucepan until tender. Drain. Beat in mixer bowl until smooth. Mix in cream cheese, onion salt and sour cream. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
