2/3 cup chopped onions 2/3 cup chopped celery 2-3 Tablespoons vegetable oil 1 can Cream of Chicken soup 1 small jar Cheez Whiz 1 cup minute rice 1/2 soup can of milk 1 cup water 1 package frozen chopped broccoli
Saute onions and celery in vegetable oil until tender. Add thawed broccoli and steam over low flame for 10 minutes. Add Cheez Whiz, cream of chicken soup, milk, water and rice. Pour into 2 quart buttered casserole dish and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
