1 1/3 cups flaked coconut 1 1/2 teaspoon curry or chili powder 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
Combine coconut and curry powder and mix well. Spread thinly in baking pan. Bake at 350º for 6-12 minutes until toasted. Shake pan occasionally. Cool. Form 60 small cheese balls. Roll in coconut, coating all sides. Chill.
