2 Onions
1/2 Lb Bacon
1 Lrg Jar Franks Sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
8 cups Beef Broth
4 - 6 potatoes, cubed and boiled
1/2 Lb Polish Sausage, cubed
8 oz Sour Cream

Brown bacon and onion.
Add sauerkraut, rinsed and drained.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add beef broth, potatoes, sausage and spices.

Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour, just before serving add the sour cream.
