1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1 pint Hellman's Mayonnaise
Vidalia onions (as many as needed depending on crowd)
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, water and celery seeds to boil. Add minced onions. Cover and remove from heat for 20 minutes. Drain. Add mayonnaise. Chill and serve.

Stays fresh in refrigerator for one week. Serve with wheat crackers, rye bread, etc.
