7 cups cucumbers, sliced 1 cup onion slices 1 Tablespoon pickling salt 1 cup vinegar 2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon celery seed 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
Let cucumber slices and onion slices set with salt for 1 hour. Boil vinegar, sugar and spices. Let cool. Drain cucumbers and onions. Pour cooled mixture over them. Put in freezer boxes. Let set in refrigerator 4 days. Put in freezer. Will keep up to 1 year.
