2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 can (30 ounce) fruit cocktail, drained
2 medium bananas, 1/4" slices
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, halved

Directions:

Mix sour cream, sugar, lemon juice. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Cover and freeze at least 24 hours--no longer than 1 month. Remove from freezer, refrigerate 15 minutes. Cut into serving pieces. Serve on lettuce.
