1 pound wide noodles
8 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
16 ounces large curd low-fat cottage cheese
3-4 T. butter for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the noodles until tender but al dente.
While noodles are cooking, preheat over to 350.
Butter a 9 X 13 baking dish
Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon.
Drain the noodles.
Turn the noodles into the egg mixture, then add the cottage cheese.
Combine thoroughly but gently so you don't break the noodles
Turn into buttered dish; dot top with butter
Bake about 25 minutes or until the kugel is set.
