Vegetable cooking spray
1/2 lb. Italian sausage brat's, sliced thin.
4 cups Swanson Chicken broth
1/2 tsp. Italian season mix.
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium carrot sliced thin
1 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach leaves.

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 2 quart saucepan with the cooking spry and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minutes. Add the sausages, onions and carrots. Cook until onions are soft and sausage is browned. Pour off any fat.
Stir in broth and oregano. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 10 minutes or until sausage is cooked through.
Stir the spinach into the saucepan and cook for 1 minute.
