10 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 jar (16oz) alfredo sauce
C. milk
1 t dried oregano leaves
3 C. coarsely chopped cooked chicken
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
c chopped red bell pepper
c finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove pressed
3 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pkg ( 4 oz) feta cheese
2 C. packed fresh baby spinach leaves

Preheat oven to 375. Cook noodles or buy no cook noodles. Mix together alfredo sauce, milk and oregano. Chop chicken, artichokes, bell pepper and onion and press garlic over all. Add mozzarella and feta cheese and mix well. Spread 2/3 c sauce mix over bottom of baking dish. Top with half of noodles and layer spinach and chicken mixture. Repeat layers and top with left over sauce. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and finish baking 10-15 minutes until bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

This is my standby dish for the neighbors. Whenever I need to prepare a meal for anyone I take this one. It is easy and everyone always loves it. A loaf of homemade French bread, a greens salad and a batch of cookies makes a nice, easy travel meal.
