4 skinless chicken breasts
2 t. seasoning salt
6 slices bacon
C. prepared mustard
C. honey
C. light corn syrup
C. mayo
1 T. dried onion flakes
1 T veggie oil
1 C. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 C. shredded Colby- Monterey jack cheese
2T chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Rub chicken with season salt, cover and refrigerate hour. Preheat oven to 350. Place bacon in deep skillet and cook. Mix mustard, honey, corn syrup, mayo and onion. Brown chicken and place in dish- pour over honey mustard sauce, layer with mushrooms and bacon. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken juices run clear. Garnish with parsley.
