2 T. butter
2 Chicken Breasts
1/2 tsp. paprika
3 T. Sherry or apple juice
1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 chopped green onion
1 tsp. flour
1 Tbs. hot water
mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, put in chicken breasts and turn over to coat. Sprinkle on paprika. Add sherry and bouillon and onion. Cover with saran wrap and cook 8-9 minutes on high. Stir in flour and water and set aside. Take chicken out of pan, add mushrooms to broth. Cook for 4 1/2 minutes on high. Stir in flour mix and cook on high for 1 minute until sauce is thick and mushrooms are tender. Pour over chicken.
