1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 Tablespoons corn syrup
peaches
16 slices bread
6 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients and cook over medium heat stirring till sugar is dissolved.pour into a sprayed 9x14 pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup pecans. Place one layer 8 slices bread over caramel Top with sliced peaches.Combine next 3 ingredients in blender,and pour 1/2 of this mixture over peaches. Cover with remaining bread slices. pour over remaining egg mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night. Bake uncovered at 350* for 40-50 minutes. Remove from oven and invert on a cookie sheet.combine yogurt and sour cream and place 2 Tablespoons of this mixture over each serving along with slices of fresh peaches

I also use apples in this recipe. Brown sliced apples in butter and stir in orange marmalade.Assemble same as above. I have also used vanilla yogurt in place of the plain yogurt.
