1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 C. finely ground dry bread crumbs
C. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, finely minced
C. onion, minced
C. carrots, minced very fine
C. celery, minced very fine
C. milk
2-3 well beaten eggs
tsp. salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add bread crumbs to milk until softened. Place all ingredients into large bowl. Mix until blended, but to avoid tough meatballs, do not over mix. Form mixture into balls and fry in lightly oiled skillet turning to brown on several sides. Drain cooked meatballs on paper towels before adding to marinara sauce. Simmer sauce with meatballs to meld flavors. Serve over cooked pasta.
