1/4 cup butter 1 Tablespoon butter 1 cup minced onion 2 cup long grain rice 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup parsley 1 teaspoon thyme 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon dill 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 2-3/4 cup chicken stock heated to boiling
saute onion and garlic in butter add rice and toss to coat. Saute 2 more minutes. Add Lemon and rest of ingredients, stir well and put in oven for 20 minutes.
