1/2 cup pistachios plus 2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped for garnish
1/3 cup chopped chives
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. goat cheese
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pulse 1/2 cup nuts in processor. Add remaining ingredients and pulse again.

Roll into a ball and chill.

Serve with crackers

OPTIONAL. mix in crumbled gorgonzola or bleu cheese.
