1 up sugar 2 cup flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon or allspice 1 tsp nutmeg 2 cups quick rolled oats 1 cup raisins 2 eggs 3/4 cup oil 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla 1 small package chocolate chips
Sift the dry ingredients together. Add oats and raisins. Mix in eggs, milk, and oil. Bake at 350º 15-18 minutes.
