2 lbs. hamburger 2 cups bread crumbs 2 eggs 1 cup milk 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Mix together, form into balls and brown. Place in casserole and add 3/4 cup water and cook slowly 1 1/2 hour. Remove meatballs from casserole and add enough liquid to make 2 1/2 cups, thicken and pour over meatballs.
